Fairfield Museum After Dark Lecture Focuses On Modern Design

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield Museum's next Museum After Dark event, "Modern Design: Collecting from the Jazz Age to the Space Age," will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the museum, 370 Beach Road.

John Stuart Gordon, associate curator of American decorative arts from the Yale University Art Gallery, will give a lecture about his role in acquiring design objects for Yale’s collection and the current decorative arts market.

Admission is free for members; $5 for nonmembers.
